OSP would like to invite younger and seasoned practitioners to mingle in an informal and fun evening session. Join us for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by four short presentations from periodontists of various backgrounds. Whether you are ready to retire, just starting or thinking of phasing out, come and meet your colleagues!

|Dr. Michael Landzberg, DDS, MSc FRCDC (Perio)
Dr. Landzberg completed his dental degree at the University of Toronto in 2005 and is the proud father of a beautiful newborn son, Sax Robinson.
After completing a general practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He finished his post-graduate periodontal training at the University of Toronto in 2009. Dr. Landzberg was a guest speaker at the Osteogenics 2011 Global Bone Grafting Symposium and he maintains a strong research interest and published articles on implant esthetics and new narrow implants. He is currently working on a long-term multi-centre randomized control trial on narrow implants.
|Dr. Monica Raina, BSc(Hons), DDS, MSc(Perio), FRCD(C), Dip. ABP
Dr. Monica Raina graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Western Ontario which led to a post-graduate certificate in a General Practice Residency at the University of Rochester, and finally a Masters of Science degree and Diploma of Periodontics at the University of Iowa. She is a dually board-certified Periodontist in Canada and the United States, as a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology. Monica has also won multiple academic awards and published several scientific publications.
|Dr. Angela Waciuk, DDS, MSc, DIP Perio, FRCD(C)
Dr. Angela Waciuk is a board certified Periodontist, practicing in the Waterloo Region for over 15 years. She started her education at the University of Toronto in 1989 and graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in 1993. This was followed by her Dental Degree in 1997. It was her surgical training during a general practice residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital that compelled her to continue her studies to become a Periodontist. Her education was completed in 2001 with a Master of Science Degree and a specialty in Periodontics. Shortly after graduation she relocated to the Waterloo Region. She has 4 beautiful children and has become an invested member of the community. She has lectured for many local study clubs and dental organizations on various topics related to her specialty.
