Active Member

A Dentist certified in Periodontics by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (or equivalent provincial/territorial regulatory body)  may become an Active Member on approval of his/her application by the Elective Officers. Active Members shall pay all dues and assessments as set by the Society.

Student to Active

An OSP Student Member who has graduated from an accredited periodontic program may apply for Active Membership status in the Society and shall pay all dues and assessments as set by the Society.

Student Member

Graduate students in Periodontology are eligible for Student Membership. Applicants will be approved by the Elective Officers.

Retired Member

Retired Periodontists are eligible for Retired Membership. Applicants will be approved by the Elective Officers.
